Hello, Laura here and I oversee the Spa at Holmer Park. It will be my pleasure to welcome you to our Day Spa and I hope you have a lovely day. If I am not on duty your Spa Host or Club Duty Manager will be able to assist you.

We update this information regularly so please do check this page just before the day of your booking day to ensure you are kept up to date of anything that may impact your day.

How to get to us
If using a Sat-nav to get to us please use the following postcode: HR11LF

Arrival times
Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your first treatment for full experiences and 20 minutes for treatments only appointments. 

Check in
On arrival you will meet with one of our lovely Spa hosts who will check you in and provide you with a short tour of the building. You will also be provided with this guide in written form should you have any questions. Your host and Duty Managers are available throughout your visit too should you require additional assistance. 

Treatments- in partnership with Temple Spa
All Spa treatments must be booked in advance and you can see our full treatment menu HERE. Treatment times are subject to change and treatment length includes consultation. We reserve the right to amend treatment start times. For nail treatments, traditional polishes are not guaranteed. Gel polish manicures/ pedicures are guaranteed for 48 hours after your appointment. If you notice any defects within 48 hours, please call us to schedule a free repair. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial appointment. We recommend nail treatments are carried out at the end of your spa experience. We are unable to guarantee nail treatments if you choose to use the pool hall facilities after your treatment.    

What to wear
Swimwear should be worn at all times. For your comfort you are provided with robe, towel and flip-flops to use throughout your visit. Please return all items to reception at the end of your day. 

Jewellery
In order to safeguard precious Jewellery from the effects of chemicals we advise guests to remove it before using the Spa pools. 

Swimming Pool and Pool Hall
Our 20m swimming pool (heated to 29 degrees) is the perfect place to some the lanes and take in your relaxing surroundings. Our 2 spa pools are the ideal place to relax before, after or in between treatments while the heat of the sauna and 2 steam rooms are designed to help calm the mind, cleanse the skin and ease any aches or pains. Enjoy a relaxing hot or cold foot massage in our Foot Spas and apply ice to your body from our Ice Fountain to enjoy the healing qualities of the cold. Please click HERE to view our up to date swimming timetable, this includes the times of our AQUAFIT sessions. We encourage the use of our relaxation lounges during Aquafit and Child Swim. For safety reasons, our swimming pool lifeguards are assisted by underwater cameras and images are recorded for safety purposes.

Poolside Etiquette
Please help us to help you by making the most of space in the swimming pool. If you are just cooling off please keep to the side. Please, do not reserve loungers with towels.

Poolside Showers
For hygiene reasons please ensure you shower before entering the Main and Spa Pools. 

Loungers 
Please do not reserve loungers with towels. Your towels may be removed should you wish to use another feature on poolside. Please limit time on the heated loungers to 15 minutes. We are unable to guarantee that a lounger will be available for your whole visit.

Gym
Our gym provides the perfect opportunity to have a workout alongside your Spa Day should you wish. You can take advantage of our extensively equipped gymnasium with separate cardio and resistance areas, TRX Zone, stretch zone and circuit area which includes 2 Skillmills and all the very latest functional equipment to help you achieve your goals. If you wish to use our gym, please view the Health Commitment Statement prior to your visit HERE. Please note classes are not available to guests in our Day Spa.

The Orchard Café
Food is served 9am-5pm and drinks until 7pm. The Orchard Cafe at Holmer Park offers a selection of freshly prepared light lunches and snacks which can be purchased in addition to your Spa Day Package. Please note Afternoon Tea is served between 2pm-4pm only. 

Medical or dietary requirements
Please inform us of any special requirements that we should prepare in advance for. For those with restricted mobility we are able to, with prior arrangement, carry out spa treatments on the lower ground level.

Age
You must be 16 years of age to take part in one of our spa experiences.

Books
We do have a large selection of books in the spa which you are welcome to borrow during your visit.
