We are delighted to announce that our Les Mills Virtual programme has been expanded to include Les Mills Spin classes RPM, THE TRIP and SPRINT
WHAT IS RPM?
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
WHAT IS THE TRIP?
THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS™ workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.
WHAT IS LES MILLS SPRINT?
LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.
With a wide range of world class group exercise classes, we are delighted to be working with Les Mills and their great team of instructors. Our virtual programe supplements our group exercise timetable and assists with class covering. Other classes available, virtually, are BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, Les Mills Dance, Les Mills Core and Grit.
When taking part in a virtual class, please check in at the main reception. Just before the class is due to start, head to the appropriate studio and the class will automatically start playing at the advertised time. Equipment required is displayed on the screen. Please be aware of the Health Commitment Statement before taking part in classes.
We are also able to play virtual classes that are not programmed on the timetable but a member of the Fitness Team will need to do this for you. So, if there is a gap in the studio (there aren’t many), see a member of the team and we can play a class just for you or you and your friends.
