Class booking- update

The Tecnogym at Holmer Park app and booking system was introduced just over 12 months ago this month. From a reliability point of view, the system has been great and has been a huge improvement on the previous system. However what many of you said at the time was that you were disapointed with was the way waiting list are managed. You asked for a promotion, place based waiting list where the 1st person on the waiting list is automatically promoted to the class. At the time the Technogym at Holmer Park app was launched, that was not possible. We can now share with you that the developers at Technogym have now completed that work and it is now available.

Therefore, this update is to let you know that we intend to change the booking system over to the new promotion based system on Monday 20th January. Your current waiting list place will be shown in the Technogym app and you will be notified when you have been promoted. As before, the system works best when using the Technogym app. Please do not use the old “mywellness” app and we would encourage you to use the app for all class bookings. If you do not have a smart device however, the function of booking classes will remain on the Holmer Park website but your experience will not be the same. As part of this change the cancelation period has been increased to 4 hours prior to the start time of a class, rather than 2. This is to give those that get promoted from a waiting list more notice to be able to attend a class.
