8:00am - A Fresh Start

The day begins with a peaceful arrival at Holmer Park. Our spa host clocks in, taking a moment to enjoy the stillness before the spa opens. It's the calm before the... calm!

8:15am - Robes at the Ready

Before guests arrive, it's time to prepare. Every robe is carefully folded - every crease smoothed, every stack just right. Presentation is everything when it comes to setting the scene for relaxation.

8:45am - Preparing the Watkins Room

Robes are brought downstairs and placed neatly in the Watkins Room, ready to greet the first spa guests of the day. Small details like this set the tone for a welcoming arrival for our guests.

9:00am - Welcoming Our Guests

The first guests are the day start to arrive. Our spa host warmly welcomes each one, offering a rundown of their day ahead and helping them complete their consultation forms. It's a great way for us to know what you're hoping to achieve from your spa day, and any problem areas you'd like us to work on during your treatment.

11:00am - Serail Mud Chamber Set-Up

Time to prepare the mud serail chamber - a signature holistic treatment at Holmer Park that uses healing muds and steam. The room is set with care and attention to every element, ready for our guests to enjoy.

12:00pm - Laundry Time

Behind the scenes, there's always something happening! Towels and robes need to be laundered to stay fresh and fluffy - it's all part of maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort for you.

1:00pm - A Well-Deserved Break

Lunchtime is a chance to recharge. Our spa host heads to The Orchard Café to enjoy a relaxing meal - and maybe a delicious coffee!

2:00pm - Relaxation Room Check

After lunch, it's time to check on the Relaxation Room. Any used glasses are collected, cushions are fluffed, and soft lighting is adjusted - every detail counts.

3:00pm - Checking In at the Pool

A quick visit poolside gives us a chance to say hello and check that our spa guests are fully relaxed and happy.

4:00pm - Final Checks and Clocking Out

As the day winds down, our therapist does a final check of the spa to ensure everything is in perfect order for tomorrow's shift. Then it's time to clock out and head home - to recharge, ready to create more moments of calm and care tomorrow.
