Dear member,

What a busy few months it has been!

From Triathlons to Picnics and everything in-between, it’s all been going on at your club.

Firstly though, I wanted to thank you for your ongoing patience whilst our partners at PW Badham are working to improve the gym. It is never easy to carry out improvements in a building that is constantly in use but on the whole you have been very understanding and complimentary which I must thank you for.

The next project will be work to refurbish the accessible changing room in the pool hall. We are due to start this work on 30th August therefore the accessible changing room will be closed for up to 14 days. I know this will cause disruption for some members and I would welcome you to contact me direct to see how we can help you during this time.

Going back to events at the club, it is just great to have seen so many of you support them. The team put a lot of effort into creating these events which are an opportunity to get to know you as well as creating that strong community feel which is so important to a club like Holmer Park. I know so many of you care for the club as if it was your own and we genuinely do love seeing you enjoy and make the most of you association with us. We’ll soon be setting out the next set of events and I hope to see you at some of them in the future. 

A quick reminder now that as part of your membership we provide unlimited, free, gym programming. If you need support, want to change your goals or need that extra motivation then please do speak to the fitness team in the gym or book a programme review at reception.

Next I wanted to let you know that our systems provider will soon be releasing an update to the online member area which will change the look but mainly improve reliability. It will also add other functions like the ability to add your own picture and update your membership and we expect the update to happen in the next couple of weeks. You will still log in at the same place https://members.holmerpark.co.uk/ and your log in details will remain the same. There will be no changes made to our booking T&Cs which you can find here https://www.holmerpark.co.uk/groupfitnessterms/ 

Lastly, I am happy to report that Fitness Team member Chelsea and Orchard Café Team Leader Hannah are our employees of the month. Thank you to the two of them for all their hard work in helping us achieve our vision of making a difference to your lives.
